HV Coil and LV Coil Combined Winding Machine for Single Phase Transformer (Model: ZHR-I/1200)
HV Coil and LV Coil Winding Machine is mainly used for winding high and low voltage coils of transformers and reactors, with high voltage coils in the form of conductors and low voltage coils in the form of conductive foils. High and low voltage coils can be wound on the same equipment. Low-voltage foil coils are made by using copper or aluminum foil of different thicknesses as conductors and wide strip insulating material as interlayer insulation, and are wound on a foil winding machine to form coiled coils. High voltage coils are wound with up to four flat wires arranged in sequence. coils can be circular, ellipsoidal, rectangular, etc. This machine is controlled by PLC and features a high degree of automation and full functionality, ensuring the axial tightness of the coil winding. The various functions of the equipment provide sufficient support for the production of foil-type coils for electrical use that meet the specification requirements. This machine is essential equipment for manufacturing components of such electrical products.
